Payments depend on the type of reviews you decide to take. The number of opportunities you receive will depend on job seekers looking for hiring managers in your domain area to evaluate their resumes or interviews.
• You will need to complete a registration process and answer basic profiling questions.
• You will receive a test to help us evaluate your ability to provide constructive and actionable feedback. The test shouldn't take longer than 15 min.
• You must be a hiring manager or have hired personal in the last year. Once you are approved, you are ready to take reviews. To complete reviews you will need:
A reliable internet connection (upload speed of at least 2MBps)
A computer that runs Windows or macOS
You must be at least 18 years old
Ability to write your thoughts in English
The number of opportunities you receive will depend on a number of factors, such as your demographics, your area of domain, and your quality rating.
Payments are sent out via PayPal within ten business days after the completion of the review once your results have been reviewed and approved. This waiting period allows us to ensure the quality of the reviews. You will receive the payment in the same email used to register. You must have a PayPal account and live in a country that can receive PayPal money transfers.
